MPW Building Services and Ground Maintenance is led by Martin, a qualified and experienced tradesman with more than 15 years of hands-on experience across building work, groundwork, landscaping and property maintenance.
Martin has built MPW around practical, reliable work for homeowners, landlords, businesses, schools and local organisations. From foundations and drainage through to patios, fencing, brickwork, joinery and general maintenance, the focus is always on doing the job properly and keeping things straightforward for the customer.

Experienced, Qualified and Fully Insured
Martin brings a wide range of skills to every project, supported by recognised training, site experience and more than 15 years working across building, groundwork and maintenance projects.
He holds an NVQ in bricklaying, is a qualified digger operative, and has tickets for machines over and under 10 tonnes, as well as forward tipping dumpers of all sizes. He also holds a CSCS skilled worker card and has the relevant checks in place for primary school maintenance work.
MPW is fully insured, giving customers extra reassurance whether the job is a domestic garden project, a property repair, ongoing site maintenance or larger groundwork and improvement work.
